GHL series High Effcient Wet Mixing Granulation machine

The powdery material and bond in the cylinder are mixed fully at the bottom humid soft material.

Descriptions:

      Accepting horizontal cylinder structure, the machine has reasonable design with airproof driving bearing that can be switch to water while washing .The granules look like balls with good fluidity. Compared with traditional process, 25% less bond can be saved and drying time can be shortened. The effect of 2 minutes of dry mixing and 1-4 minutes of granulation will be 4-5 times higher than that in traditional process. The whole operation, in accordance with “GMP” standard, has strict safety measures.

1.       It is reasonalbly adops horizontal cylinder structure;

2.       The pneumatic sealing drive shaft can be switched to water when it is being washed;

3.       Granulating in good fluidization to make the particles similar to a ball;

4.       Compared to the traditional process, 25% of adhensive can be saved and the drying time can be shorted;

5.       Each dry mixing costs 2 minutes, and granulating needs to 4 minutes, thus 4 to 5 times of traditional process in efficiency;

6.       The process dry mixing, humid mixing and granulating is completed in same sealed container, technics simplified, and meets the standard of GMP;
